Art Call for Artists and Photographers.
Curator – Jennifer Farrell, Associate Curator Drawings and Prints, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, NYC.
This curated/juried exhibition will present works by artists working in paper. Works will be broadly considered. Submissions may include prints, artists’ books, drawings, photographs, handmade paper as well as three-dimensional pieces that are made with paper as the predominant media.
The aim of this exhibition is to show the diversity, vitality, sense of experimentation, skillful execution and the many ways in which contemporary artists approach this material.
The exhibition will be a tightly curated show, where the curator/juror has, at their discretion, the ability to select several works by an individual artist.
Awards – Best in Show: Solo exhibition at Silvermine Arts Center and $1,000 prize.
Entry fee is a flat $45 for up to 5 entries.
