What Makes this event different?
Gallerium art exhibits are intended to create equal showcasing opportunities for prominent visual artists worldwide. Art enhances people's lives. Showcasing art is our way of contributing our part toward a better world. In this way, Gallerium utilizes Biafarin exhibition platform to boost the benefits of the exhibitions. Submission to the art competitions is always free. Only selected artists pay a small selection fee. International artists are encouraged to express their artistic interpretation of the subject for an opportunity to be selected for exhibition.
Copyright Policy
Copyrights According to Canadian law, Artists retain copyrights of their work. By submitting to this opportunity, the Artist grants his/her unconditional acceptance and permission for the use of his/her personal and artwork's image and data by the organizer, cooperative service providers, and third parties and allow publication and circulation of his/her provided materials and information in all advertising and promotional media both in print and digital. Originality and Rights Artworks must be entirely the work of the entrant, executed without the supervision of an instructor. Entries must not be copies or derivatives based in any way on other copyrighted or published paintings, photographs or other artistic work. Any infraction of this rule will result in serious consequences. Artist should have all the rights for presenting and publishing the artworks internationally.
Call for Entry for Emotions 2022 (Exhibition and Publication)
Emotions - 2022 invites artists to submit artwork that displays human emotions and feelings. The selected artwork gets published in The Book of Art publication and showcased in an international online exhibition by Gallerium.
Eckman listed the basic six types of human emotions as:
Happiness, Sadness, Fear, Disgust, Anger, Surprise.
These emotions offer a glimpse of the many emotions that we are capable of experiencing. In time, the research and theories have explored more types of emotions and identified:
Love, Affection, Longing, Amusement, Contempt, Contentment, Embarrassment, Guilt, Shame, Excitement, Pride, Satisfaction, Relief, caring, compassion, tenderness, etc.
And the list expanded more, as a recent study by the Greater Good Science Center suggested that there are at least 27 distinct emotions, all of which are highly interconnected.
As emotions are the keystone to experiencing art, we invite you to express your artistic world of human emotions and feelings for Emotions 2022 dual opportunity of exhibition and publication.
This dual opportunity is open to all artists; working in any art medium worldwide.
Submission is free of charge. A Small selection fee applies to selected artists only.
AWARDS
■ Publication
The selected artworks will be published in The Book of Arts: Emotions 2022 publication.
The online version of the book will be available for free, while the high-quality print can be ordered via print-on-demand services.
The book will be promoted and distributed internationally, becoming available to thousands of readers, including experts, galleries, curators, businesses, and art enthusiasts, via popular publication gateways.
■ Exhibition
The selected artworks will be showcased in Emotions - 2022 international online group exhibition, organized by Gallerium.
Selected artworks will be exhibited online from June 15 to July 15, 2022.
■ Exhibition Poster
Each artist will receive a link to the digital version of the exhibition poster via email.
■ Social Media Badges
A digital social media promotional badge for each artwork will be sent to each artist to share on social media.
■ Artwork Rating and Comments
All exhibition visitors can post their comments and ratings of each artwork online.
■ Exhibition Press Release
An exhibition press release sent out will be published in the art media to mark the event, attract more visitors, and increase the chances of artwork sales during the exhibition period.
■ Reports, Analytics and Insights
A report containing the number of views, comments, artworks popularity, the engagement rate of exhibition viewers with artworks, and sales statistics, will be sent to artists via email.
■ Artist Profile Page
Each artist receives a free online profile page on Biafarin platform.
■ Certificate
A digital certificate will be issued for all selected artists.
Each artist can print the digital certificate from Biafarin platform after the selection is complete.
■ Biafarin Free Shipment
Selected Biafarin members with Gold and Platinum membership will use a free shipment of their artwork(s) in case of sales.
