The Federation of British Artists at Mall Galleries and the Crinan Hotel present the Crinan Residency - a week-long artistic retreat in the heart of historic Scotland from 18 to 25 September 2024. 

The residency includes:

• Staying at the award-winning Crinan Hotel with stunning views over the islands and Crinan Canal
• A spacious studio at the closeby Annex Art Centre
• Michael Harding art materials to the value of £500
• A travel stipend of £500 to cover travel and expenses
• The opportunity to exhibit your work at a Mall Galleries exhibition in spring 2025

Who can Apply?

• Any 2024 graduate from either an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in fine arts at a UK College or fine arts learning programmes (please note that Foundation Diploma courses are not eligible)

Submission Details:

• Free online submissions via Jotform on our website
• Deadline Wednesday 31 July at 12 noon
• The selected artist will be announced on 16 August 2024

Required Information:

• Name, address and phone number
• Institution, course of study, and year of graduation (2024)
• A short statement (max 500 words) about you and your interest in the residency
• Three images of your work (JPEG or PNG, under 5MB each)
