This is the first issue of the publication. There will be four themed issues with online and print publication.
What Makes this event different?
This project will include artists and photographers from around the world who are exploring the theme of ice from different perspectives.
Copyright Policy
The artist must confirm that the work is original and that he or she owns the copyright of the work.
Image Usage Rights
Artists provide non-exclusive rights for publishing the work online and in the print versions. They will retain the right to work, but will provide permission for it to be published in these venues.
Art call for artists and photographers.
For this project, artists and photographers are invited to submit work exploring ice-related themes. Black Coffee & Vinyl Presents is in search of work that showcases the physical and spiritual beauty of our world's ice, explores the life of the cultures and people connected to the ice from the Arctic Circle to Antarctica, and addresses important political issues related to ice.
Both nature-focused and culture-focused works are welcome.
Artists with selected work will be provided with a $50 (U.S.) honorarium.
