Call to Artists for Ecosystems Exhibition Opening
Nov. 2018 for Berlin Science Week - rolling submission - priority June 7th
This is a call to international artists working within a wide range of ecosystem thematics - be it climate change, biomimicry, water systems, agriculture, modification, manipulation, pollution solutions - are all welcome to enter! Exhibits will be curated based on artist submissions. Artists are free to apply with any media.
Our main gallery at Thaer-Institut (pictured) is in the very heart of Berlin, nextdoor to the Museum für Naturkunde. Our complete program includes a 2D Annex Gallery, Artists Talks, Video Screenings, Scientific Lectures, and more. Chosen participants will be partnered with scientists for virtual, one-on-one meetings. Results and process work from these partnerships will be presented at the exhibitions.
