Call for Entry from the Whitelock Art Center in New York, USA
The Center has issued a global call for entries for the “2025 New York International Art Competition – The Light from the Other Shore.”
The award winners' announcement and the online exhibition will take place from July 27th to August 27th, 2025.
The art competition features the following awards: Grand Exhibition Prize, Gold Prize, Silver Prize, Bronze Prize, and Excellence Award. Winners will be selected by the Academic Committee Jury of the Whitelock Art Center. Award recipients will receive official honor certificates and be featured in major mainstream and art media outlets both in the United States and internationally, in addition to an online exhibition of their works.
Artists who win the Grand Exhibition Prize or Gold Prize will have the opportunity to be represented by Whitelock Art Center, to hold solo exhibitions, or even be invited to join the Academic Committee.
The art competition will accept submissions across a wide range of artistic media, including but not limited to: painting, sculpture, photography, new media, video art, sound art, ceramics, collage, illustration, installation art, visual art, digital art, AI and technology in art, and mixed media.
All submissions must be original artworks and design pieces created solely by the artist.
The competition is open to artists worldwide with an international perspective.
Submission fee: $45 USD in total. Each artist may submit up to five artworks.
Submission deadline: July 17, 2025 (midnight, U.S. Eastern Time).
