Open Call for Artists – Landscape Art Competition by TERAVARNA

Based in Los Angeles, TERAVARNA provides a platform for contemporary artists worldwide, offering juried art competitions that provide visibility and professional recognition. Through its ongoing programs, TERAVARNA supports both emerging and established artists in sharing their work with a global audience.

This open call for artists invites submissions to the 13th Landscape International Juried Art Competition, celebrating the beauty and diversity of landscapes. Artists are encouraged to interpret natural environments—from forests and deserts to rivers and expansive vistas—through their own creative lens. All mediums and styles are welcome, with an emphasis on originality and visual storytelling.

The competition is fully online, making participation accessible to artists worldwide without the need to ship physical artwork. Submissions are made by uploading high-quality images of your work that are clear, well-lit, and free from glare or shadows.

This is an opportunity to share your landscape art internationally, connect with a wider audience, and gain recognition through a curated juried competition.

Let your love for landscapes take shape through your chosen medium—paint, photograph, sculpt, or experiment beyond boundaries. This competition welcomes artists working across 2D and 3D formats, from traditional painting and sculpture to digital art, fiber, mixed media, and installations. Winners and runners-up will be awarded cash prizes up to $3,500, a certificate of recognition, and the spotlight they deserve through social media features and a feature in our annual art book—an enduring showcase of artistic excellence. 

The entry fee for the competition is $15 per artwork and artists can submit a maximum of 10 artworks per submission. If you wish to submit more, you can create a fresh submission for another 10 artworks and submit as many as you want. The last day for submission for the competition is April 30, 2026.
