Copyright Policy
Artists retain full copyright to their submitted images and text. Any use of these materials by Decagon Gallery will include proper credit to the artist. Images will not be sold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes beyond the promotion and documentation of the exhibition without the artist’s explicit written permission.
Image Usage Rights
You grant Decagon Gallery the right to publish your photographs in the online exhibition, the catalog, a short video on our YouTube channel and website, and to promote the exhibition.
Call for Entry: Sanctuary
An International Photography Exhibition by Decagon Gallery
The Decagon Gallery is inviting photographers, worldwide, to submit to Sanctuary, which is an online exhibition that will explore the places, moments, and states of being that provide refuge, peace, and renewal.
Sanctuary may be personal or communal, fleeting or enduring—whether found in a quiet corner at home, a sacred site, an untouched landscape, or an inner sense of calm. We welcome all creative interpretations of this theme.
Awards:
1st Place: $500 + solo online exhibition
2nd Place: $300
3rd Place: $200
Juror’s Awards & Honorable Mentions
All selected photographers will receive a digital award badge, inclusion in a printed catalog, and feature in a video presentation shared on our site, YouTube, and social media.
Deadline: November 30, 2025
Exhibition Dates: Dec 15, 2025 – Feb 15, 2026
Entry Fee: $24 for 4 images; $4 each for 5–8; 2 additional free entries with 8 paid.
Juror: Ovidiu Petca — Romanian artist and curator whose work has appeared in 600+ international exhibitions, with solo shows in Europe and Japan, and organizer of the long-running “Tribuna Graphic” print annual.
