Art call from the Western Bureau Arts Silicon Valley
The bureau is now accepting entries for its upcoming group exhibition, SUNSPOTS17: Ode to Summer. The exhibition will be be held July 10th - 31st at the Western Bureau Gallery in downtown San Jose, California.
The theme for the exhibition is summertime, and the emotions, memories, sights, and scenery that this warmest season evokes.
All mediums and styles will be considered for the exhibition, including abstract, representational, and conceptual works.
This call for art is open to all living artists worldwide, both amateur and professional.
Selected artworks will be exhibited alongside works from the Western Bureau's Permanent Collection, including mid-century paintings by Erle Loran, James McCray, Chris Ritter, Harold C. Davies, Victor di Gesu, and others.
