Our Camino al Arte Open Residency for writers, artists and creatives is not just a place to stay. It is a selfguided program that helps you connect, reflect, exchange, and grow. We offer an opportunity to step away from the noise, into an authentic Mexican community offering cultural exchange opportunities that inspire meaningful creation, deep dialogue, and artistic freedom.
Nestled in the historic town of Atotonilco, just 15 minutes from the touristic haven of San Miguel de Allende, Casa Camino is more than a residence — it’s a cultural retreat surrounded by ancient traditions, history, and soul.
This isn’t a program where you clock in and out. It’s a living, breathing space where creativity unfolds in rhythm with the vastness of the land and the warmth of the community.
