Call for Entries: COUNTERFORM - A Response Art Exhibition

Manifest invites visual artists and designers to submit original work for COUNTERFORM, a juried exhibition exploring the many ways we react, connect, communicate, and engage with the world around us. Open to all traditional and non-traditional media, this exhibition encourages artists to interpret the theme through both formal and conceptual approaches.

Every interaction creates a response. Whether directed toward culture, relationships, ideas, forms, actions, conversations, or intentions, our responses shape how we understand ourselves and the world. Artists are invited to explore the concepts of shape, size, proportion, and emotional or conceptual weight as they relate to human experience, communication, and connection.

Manifest welcomes artwork in all styles and media, from traditional techniques to experimental practices. Artists are encouraged to interpret the theme broadly, creating work that examines personal, social, cultural, or abstract responses through thoughtful and imaginative visual expression.

Entry Information

• Open to all traditional and non-traditional genres and media
• Entry fee: US $45 for up to three submissions
• Additional entries: US $5 each
