The 15th OPEN International Juried Art Competition by TERAVARNA celebrates artistic freedom without limitations of theme, style, or medium. Throughout its journey, TERAVARNA has awarded more than $186,425 in cash prizes across numerous international competitions dedicated to abstract, figurative, floral, landscape, portrait, animal, and open-themed art. The platform connects artists with collectors, curators, galleries, and fellow creators, helping them establish meaningful visibility in the international art community.

Call for Entries: 15th OPEN International Juried Art Competition

TERAVARNA invites artists worldwide to participate in its 15th OPEN International Juried Art Competition, celebrating unrestricted creativity and diverse artistic expression. Unlike themed competitions, this open call welcomes artwork across subjects, styles, and conceptual approaches, giving artists the freedom to submit their strongest and most original work.

Artists working in realism, abstraction, surrealism, expressionism, contemporary art, experimental practices, and other approaches are encouraged to participate. Both 2D and 3D artwork is eligible, with a wide range of traditional and contemporary media accepted, including painting, sculpture, photography, digital art, mixed media, printmaking, fiber art, graphic design, and installation art.

The competition emphasizes originality, technical excellence, and creative vision, while providing artists with an opportunity to share their work with an international audience. The submission process is entirely online, allowing artists from around the world to participate by uploading high-quality images of their artwork through TERAVARNA's digital submission system.

Artists may submit up to 10 artworks, with an entry fee of $20 per artwork. Multiple submissions allow artists to demonstrate the range and versatility of their artistic practice.

Selected and winning artists will receive promotional exposure through TERAVARNA's social media and marketing channels. The competition offers cash prizes of up to $5,000, and winners, runners-up, and merit prize recipients will receive free representation on ARTSY. Winning works will also be exhibited in TERAVARNA's virtual gallery.
