Call for Entries for Photographers

The 62nd printed issue of AAP Magazine will celebrate the theme “TRAVEL” and feature a selection of compelling photographic projects submitted from around the world.

Travel is not limited to distant destinations. It can mean discovering a place for the first time, returning somewhere familiar, meeting people along the way, or seeing the world around you from a different perspective.

AAP Magazine invites photographers to submit travel photography from near or far, from iconic destinations to places known only to you. Show us the landscapes, people, cultures, encounters, and moments that have shaped your journey. Whether you photograph with a large-format camera, compact camera, or mobile phone, the goal is to show how you experience and interpret the world through photography.

Theme and Eligibility

Submissions may explore travel in its broadest sense, from landscapes and destinations to people, cultures, unexpected encounters, and everyday discoveries.

All genres and photographic approaches are welcome, including:

• Color and black-and-white photography

• Traditional and experimental photography

• Film and digital photography

• A wide range of post-production techniques

Photographers are encouraged to submit a cohesive body of work or portfolio. AAP Magazine focuses on photographic projects rather than individual images, and only unified and coherent groups of photographs will be considered for publication.

Images previously published in AAP Magazine are not eligible for resubmission.

Awards and Publication

Winners will receive a total of $1,000 in cash awards, publication in AAP Magazine #62: Travel, a free copy of the magazine, a portfolio feature in the online Winners Gallery of All About Photo, and international exposure.
