Call for Entries: Head On Photo Awards 2026
Entries are now open for the Head On Photo Awards 2026, Australia's leading international photography competition. Open to photographers of all experience levels worldwide, the awards recognize outstanding photography across three categories: Portrait, Landscape, and Exposure.
With an $80,000 prize pool, the Head On Photo Awards offer photographers the opportunity to gain international recognition, have their work judged anonymously by an independent panel of industry professionals, and exhibit selected work during the Head On Photo Festival 2026 in Sydney, Australia.
Finalists will be featured in the official Head On Photo Awards 2026 hardcover publication, while semi-finalists will have their work showcased as part of the festival, providing additional exposure to photographers from around the world.
To encourage emerging talent, photographers under 25 years of age receive a 50% discount on entry fees.
