Produced by São Rafael Galleries in collaboration with the haute couture house Empório Aragão, the Saint Michel Honor Prize recognizes and celebrates talent and innovation in the world of arts and design.
This year, the award will shine in three distinct categories, each designed to honor the visionaries who shape our visual culture. A private art and fashion exhibition event in Cannes, held at a 360m2 luxury loft on Boulevard Carnot, exclusive to Cannes Film Festival red carpet attendants and jury. Just a short 10-minute stroll from the iconic Palais du Festival and the beach, this privileged location sets the stage for an unparalleled display of creativity. This is your chance to be part of a curated experience, connecting with an appreciative audience in the heart of the French Riviera.
From the participating artists, a single award winner will be selected after evaluation across specific categories. The award ceremony will take place in October aboard The Haute Couture Boat in Paris and the winning works will be exhibited, or others in their place should they be sold in Cannes.
Winners in each category will receive a monetary prize for career support.
Financial grant:
The applications admitted to the contest are evaluated by Empório Aragão with the collaboration of an external jury composed of three specialized members for each of the three categories, who will be identified in the contest announcement.

- Lifetime Achievement (Prize 1000 EUR)
-Revelation Designer (Prize 800 EUR)
- Outstanding Achievement in Accessory & Jewelry Design (Prize 500 EUR)
Honorable mentions will also be displayed on board the exhibition at The Haute Couture Boat Paris event, a high-fashion event aboard a luxury yacht on the Seine River in October 3rd.
The evaluation criteria considered by the jury are as follows:
a) Quality and consistency of the work in the contest regarding its uniqueness and relevance.
b) Recognition of the artist's journey responsible for the work. This includes the merit and relevance of the artistic and professional training and experience of the artist and any co-creators.
c) Potential for emerging designers. For designers at the start of their careers, the jury will specifically consider the innovative nature of their approach, the clarity of their artistic vision, and the potential for future growth demonstrated in their submitted work
