The 14th Landscape Juried Art Competition, a global event, is back and returning to the roots of the conference: the natural world and its beauty. The platform has provided over $186,425 in cash prizes, which have helped to provide international exposure and develop the careers of artists. In addition to landscape, themed competitions in the fields of figurative, floral, color, and animal works are celebrated at TERAVARNA, providing artists from all over the world with several modes of expression.

TERAVARNA 14th Landscape Juried Art Competition

Los Angeles-based TERAVARNA is an international contemporary art platform that organizes regular juried competitions for artists worldwide. Its programs provide opportunities for artists to gain recognition, exposure, and opportunities to share their work with an international audience.

TERAVARNA’s 14th Landscape Juried Art Competition invites artists worldwide to interpret the natural world through their own artistic perspective. Landscapes may range from intimate gardens and rural valleys to oceans, forests, mountains, and other natural environments. Both representational and more expressive or abstract approaches are welcome.

All Media Welcome

Artists may submit original 2D or 3D work in any medium or combination of media, including painting, sculpture, photography, printmaking, fiber art, mixed media, graphic and digital art, and installation. Submitted work should demonstrate originality, technical skill, and artistic sensitivity.

Online Competition and Awards

The competition is fully online, so artists do not need to ship their physical artwork. A high-quality photograph of the work can be submitted through the official website.

Selected artists will be eligible for up to $5,000 in cash prizes, certificates of recognition, and social media promotion. First Prize, Runner-Up, and Merit Prize winners will also receive a complimentary six-month feature on ARTSY.

Entry Information

The entry fee is $20 per artwork. Artists may submit up to 10 artworks per entry, with no limit on the number of entries they may submit.
