Event History
TERAVARNA Young Masters is a platform specially for the budding artists, and with the OPEN Art Contest, it continues its mission to give the junior creators a global platform to showcase their talent. After successfully conducting the First Canvas Art competition, with this 2nd edition, TERAVARNA is opening its doors for ages 5 to 18 to grab this opportunity and celebrate being an artist.
What Makes this event different?
Complete Creative Freedom: With the open theme structure, the TERAVARNA Open Art Contest allows the artists to use their creativity at its best and submit the work that they want in any media. Fair Evaluation: Our jury is a panel of independent judges who judge the entries purely based on creativity, originality, and skill, ensuring that the evaluation is proper and fair. Global visibility: TERAVRANA is an international platform, and so the winners will gain international exposure at an early stage.
Copyright Policy
Artists retain the full copyrights of their work; TERAVARNA Young Masters will have no rights to any of the submitted artworks, only a non-exclusive license to display the artwork for promotional purposes.
TERAVARNA Young Masters Open Art Contest
TERAVARNA’s Young Masters Open Art Contest is an international juried competition for young artists ages 5 to 18. The contest is open to students worldwide and encourages young artists to explore their creativity through an open theme and a wide range of artistic media.
Open Theme and All Media
Young artists may submit artwork in any medium, including sketching, pencil, watercolor, oil, pastels, and mixed media. There are no theme restrictions, allowing participants to explore subjects and artistic approaches that reflect their individual interests and imagination.
The contest welcomes artists at all skill levels, including beginners and young artists who are developing their artistic techniques. AI-generated artwork is not accepted.
Submission Guidelines
Eligibility: Students ages 5–18
Parent/Guardian NOC: A signed No Objection Certificate (NOC) from a parent or legal guardian is required.
Entry Fee: $9 per artwork
Number of Entries: Artists may submit multiple artworks.
AI: AI-generated artwork is not permitted.
Image Format: JPG or JPEG
Image Requirements: Submit a clear photograph of the artwork with no borders or unrelated background items visible.
Awards and Recognition
All participating young artists will receive an official participation certificate. Top-winning artists will also receive promotional opportunities through TERAVARNA’s platforms.
