Event History
The Bradley International Print and Drawing Exhibition is the second-longest running juried print and drawing competition in the country. This biannual competition has been continuous for over 75 years; throughout this time it has gained a prestigious reputation. The jurors we invite are well established in the field of graphic arts and they curate a highly selective exhibition from hundreds of applicants.
What Makes this event different?
The Juror: Aurora De Armendi Sobrino Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, including at Wave Hill Garden, the International Print Center, and the Instituto Cervantes in NYC; the San Francisco Center for Book Arts; the Minnesota Center for Book Arts; the MDCC Museum at the Freedom Tower in Miami; Fototeca de Cuba, Havana; and Biblioteca de Cantabria, Spain, among others. Parallel to her studio practice, she serves in the role of Assistant Professor in Printmaking in the Art Department at SUNY New Paltz, New Paltz, NY.
Image Usage Rights
Artists agree to allow accepted works to be used by Bradley University Galleries for related press and publications.
Call for Entries - Works On Paper
The Bradley International is open to both traditional and non-traditional works on paper including all forms of printmaking, drawing and artist books. *Do not submit artwork that has been shown in previous Bradley International exhibitions.
There is a non-refundable fee of $40.00 for up to five pieces. The fee is required to enter the exhibition. Detail images may be included, but should only be provided when necessary to reveal an accurate understanding of the artwork.
Artworks submitted without payment will not be considered. Please note, payment of the entry fee does not ensure acceptance into the Bradley International Print and Drawing Exhibition.
Accepted artists are responsible for shipping or delivering their artwork to and from the Heuser Art Center.
