Uma Haime is an artist and event producer based in Prague. She is the creator of a new recipe for presenting contemporary art in unexpected contexts. The “Connection with travellers “ is a project which aim to bring local art in the most prestigious hotel of the capital of Czech Republic. We want that travellers connect with local people and culture in a deeper level. The guests are invited to buy and support the creations of local artists. The artists can be connected with an international audience more sensitive to the importance of beauty and innovation in life.
No registration fee is required but the artists will have to pay the costs of shipping their work to the exhibition venue. The artworks selected will be on sale and 30% of the sale price will go to the organization of the exhibition as reimbursement of expenses. Remuneration will be offered for curators based on the type of collaboration.

Artist: send from 5 to 10 images of your best works (Title, size , year, price) a short statement and links to your webpage/portfolio. Preferred artistic mediums are painting, sculpture and installation.
Curators: Send your CV, link to the last show curated or a new idea that can integrate the “Connecting with travellers Project”.
