The Exhibition of Fine Art at the San Diego County Fair is open for entry!
Artists can enter paintings, drawings, collage, mixed media, sculpture, ceramics, glass and more for cash awards and ribbons in the 2019 San Diego County Fair! More than $19,000 in cash and donated awards will be given as prizes. The San Diego County Fair is the largest annual event in San Diego County and the fourth largest Fair in North America, drawing more than 1.4 million visitors annually. The Exhibition of Fine Art displays over 600 pieces of art in thirty three different categories, making it one of the largest Fair Art Exhibits in the nation. The Fair theme is Oz-some inspired by L. Frank Baum’s Classical tale The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. The art will be on display from Friday, May 31, through Wednesday, July 4.
