Event History
The Glasgow Gallery of Photography's mission is to advance the arts, heritage and cultural sector through exhibitions of photographic works as a means for artistic, community and personal expression. The Glasgow Gallery of Photography is running a month long Portrait Exhibition in June. Portraits are one of the most popular forms of photography and can produce a great variety of images. Whether its a studio portrait to something much more candid portraits can really show the audience a lot about the sitter and quite often the photographer as well. We want you to submit images that you think best showcases Portrait photography in the many forms that it can take.
What Makes this event different?
Our portrait exhibition will now only run once a year.
