Artwork must be painted on location in the spirit of Plein Air, with only minor additional studio work. Start with a blank piece of paper and let the location be your guide. Entries must be original, created entirely by the artist, in water-based media only (watercolor, acrylic, gouache, casien) on paper, paper-based board, canvas, or Yupo/Tyvek.
