Event History

In 2020 and 2021 our art competitions have been a success. In the last month, up to $2,000 in cash prizes were given to 50 talented artists. Several other gifted artists, who were also quite deserving of the prize money, could have as easily won the competition.

What Makes this event different?

ART SHOW INTERNATIONAL GALLERY is aware of artists' preferences and needs during these unprecedented times. Our aim is to distribute prize money as equitably as possible to help the maximum number of artists in our community. Winners receive recognition in their fields, and cash prize awards are offered with no strings attached. Two separate art competitions are held each month. Long term and permanent residency with our gallery is also available where we represent you and your art and promote you in our newsletters and social media. We pride ourselves as having the best services for all visual artists. We will help you out in any way we can.

Copyright Policy

Artists retain all rights to their artwork, and may freely exhibit their works in any other gallery.

Call for Entries for Artists

Artists are invited to submit a variety of art media, including 2D and 3D works, printmaking, fiber, photography, digital, painting, sculpture, graphic, mixed media, as well as experimental and installation works. All the exhibitions and competitions are juried and open to artists of all nationalities. Winners get widespread worldwide recognition and cash prizes.

Arists - Sell Your Artworks on ARTNET & ARTSY

Artists can get high search engine traffic on world's largest online art platform, such as ARTSY and ARTNET. 
 

Theme​s

​The current themes include: SOLO, ARTIST GRANT,  ABSTRACT, OPEN, FIGURATIVE, LANDSCAPE, FLOWER, ANIMAL, PORTRAIT, STILL LIFE, NATURE, COLOR, WATER, TRAVEL

Artists can apply their own interpretation in representing the overall theme. Representational as well as abstract concepts related to these themes will be considered. Additional themes will be announced.

Each theme has the following three categories:

1. Painting 2. Photography & Digital 3. Sculpture & 3D Installation

Awards

Cash prizes of up to $32,000 annually will be given out to winners. The grant money will be unrestricted and may be used in any manner by the recipient artist. Depending on the number and quality of artworks applicable to each theme, the following prizes maybe considered:

Solo Exhibition Prize $1,000-$2,000 (2-5 Artists)

Artist Grant Prize $500-$1,000 (2-7 Artists)

First Prize Award $200-$500 (1-2 Artists)

Runner-Up Prize Award $150-$350 (2-5 Artists)

Merit Prize Award $100-$300 (3-6 Artists)

Talent Prize Award $50-$200 (7-15 Artists)

Honorable Mention Award

Finalist Award

All competition winners will receive Award Certificates.

Fees

The entry fee for artwork is $10.

Solo Exhibition entry fee is $35. If selected, artists have the option of a free month-long exhibition, or choose to showcase their works on an annual (PRO) basis for $100 or permanent basis (ELITE) for $150.

Once selected, artists can subscribe to ARTSY & ARTNET plans to sell artworks on some of the biggest platforms on the planet.

Artist Grant entry fee is $25. If selected, artists are awarded $1,000 grant money to pursue their art career.

You may choose one or more themes. Once selected, please click to make a payment and submit your artworks. There are two ways to pay, by PayPal or by credit card. Once you’ve paid for your art submissions, you'll be directed back to where you can upload your images and other details.
