Disclaimer

Artists must not have sold copyright outright, or copyright limited to their submission to any other publication. If your submission wins, Utopia Science Fiction will purchases reproduction rights for the specific and limited purpose of publishing work as cover or interior art for one issue of our Magazine. After publication of that issue all rights revert back to the Artist unless otherwise specified. This way the artist retains copyright and can continue to profit from it.

Artwork submissions must be the original creations of those who submit the work and cannot be copied or submitted by anyone who did not create that work themselves
