This is the 35th Annual Made in California Juried Exhibition.
This call is open to all living artists who are ages 18 and over residing in California. All entries must have been completed in the past three years, be original, and not previously shown at the Brea Gallery. All mediums are welcome, but no crafts or functional art will be considered.
Over $2,200 in prizes are awarded annually and there is a unique opportunity to win a solo exhibition. Single entries are just $20, while solo show submissions are only $80 for a body of work.
Show Description: This annual juried exhibit showcases artwork from around the state of California. MICA strives to highlight artists in all stages of their careers and offers them a chance to compete for a number of awards, including the coveted solo show opportunity. This regional show features artwork from an extensive variety of mediums and explores creative movements happening in California.
