Event History

To date, bang. Prix has provided support and mentorship to fifty-seven participants to help them with the development of their projects, and showcasing them to thousands of audiences in 13 exhibitions in Turkey and abroad. Now in its fourth year, bang.prix has expanded beyond support for project-based development and exhibitions as a platform that can support practitioners from different disciplines and countries to develop themselves at the nexus of art, design, technology, and science.

What Makes this event different?

bang. Prix is Turkey’s leading platform where art, science, design, and technology intersect. bang. Prix was founded in 2015 by a team of interdisciplinary minds who have backgrounds in various fields and a common desire to share their curiosities and develop beyond the scope of their fields.

The bang. Prix program provides resources, mentorship and networking opportunities customized for each participant.  We offer expertise and vision in initiating, developing and contextualizing interdisciplinary projects that explore bigger narratives that shape our contemporary times.

bang. Prix constantly engages with partners to facilitate collaborations and partnerships between our participants and organizations all around the world.

bang. Prix provides resources wherever we can so that our participants can accomplish their productions, and develop the knowledge, know-how and skills they aspire to have, including training, workshops, books, and attendance at relevant fairs, conferences and meetings anywhere in the world as much as our funds allow.
