Event History

Small expressions got it's start during the pandemic years, and has grown into an anticipated traveling exhibition. Small in scale but visually compelling, HGA’s Small Expressions 2025 exhibit featured thirty-six works by artists from eighteen states and three countries. The artists selected for exhibition created a big impact through small works.

What Makes this event different?

This is a chance for fiber artists working in small scale to be seen on an international stage. The exhibit will open in New Orleans August 10 and will travel until July 2026.

Images will be used to assist in judging, along with promotion of the artist and exhibit in our magazine, and on our social media. At the end of the exhibition, an album will be created on Facebook.
