Online registration for ARTMAP artist residency 2020 is open now!
We invite you to apply for the first ARTMAP artist residency program. Celebrating the new location of a.m. space, we are looking for space-oriented artists to imagine with us a space tailored for and made by up-and-coming artists. Selected artists can enjoy a one-month residency and a three-week solo exhibition in the new location of a.m. space. The space will cover the entire material fee and offer an HKD 20, 000 grants.
*THE TIMELINE OF RESIDENCY:
March 1-22, 2020: Artist Residency
March 23- April 12, 2020: Public Exhibition
Deadline for applications: January 23rd, 2020
The selection of artists: until January 30th, 2020

APPLICATION GUIDELINES
There is no application fee.
Eligibility:
Open to all artists under 40 years old, Hong Kong-based, an emerging artist whose art practice focuses on the three-dimension and space
The application (in English) should consist of:
}l Art Portfolio - Visual documentation of the artist’s work, emphasizing the artist’s ability to manipulate space and the three-dimension.
l Cv (curriculum vitae)
l Entry images (4)
Entry images Specifications:
A maximum of 4 entries per artist may be submitted for consideration; work may not exceed 150 cm in height. Artworks should be original.

Please note that due to the high number of applications we receive, we are unable to provide feedback on unsuccessful applications. Please note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of the submitting date, you should assume that your application has not been successful at this time.
