You have obtained permission from any identifiable persons appearing in your photographs. 4. You fully indemnify Allora Gallery against any claims relating to copyright infringement or other violations arising from your submitted work.
Image Usage Rights
By participating in the " Nature’s Canvas " exhibition: 1. You grant Allora Gallery non-exclusive rights to display your selected images on our website and social media platforms solely for the purpose of the exhibition and its promotion. 2. You allow Allora Gallery to use your selected images in direct promotional materials related to the exhibition (including online announcements, digital catalogs, and social media posts). 3. Allora Gallery will always credit photographers when using their images and will not use the works for commercial purposes or profit. 4. The copyright of all works remains exclusively with the photographer at all times. 5. Allora Gallery will maintain lower-resolution versions of selected works for archival purposes on our website, always with proper attribution. 6. No additional usage rights are transferred to Allora Gallery beyond those explicitly stated above.
