Every year, Union Street Gallery selects a theme for an exhibit that welcomes artists of all levels. This exhibit allows us to celebrate artists of all levels especially those that are part of our local community. This exhibit also functions as a fundraiser for the gallery. Seven asks participating artists to incorporate seven into the work in some way. Some possible ways of meeting the theme could be using seven colors, incorporating seven of the same thing, etc. Be creative in how you incorporate the theme of seven, you are not limited to these examples.
We hope to display all the work submitted for this exhibit in the main gallery spaces. Gallery staff reserves the right to determine something is not appropriate or offensive for our visitors when working on the installation. Works determined inappropriate will not get a refund and will be held on to until the end of the exhibit. Depending on the number of pieces submitted we also reserve the right to display work in alternative spaces if we need to.
