Call for Entry: The Art of Belonging

Photographers worldwide are invited to interpret The Art of Belonging in any photographic style—conceptual, abstract, architectural, documentary, fine art, portraiture, environmental, or experimental.

It can be a an imagined refuge, family house, a temporary shelter, a memory, a loss, a dream, a longing, a belonging.

Home can be:

• A country
• A kitchen
• A neighborhood
• A person
• A landscape
• A city block
• Or the feeling of love, safety, distance, exile, renewal, or return

Online Exhibition Launch: January 10, 2026

 

Application Fee:

$5 for up to four images

$15 for up to 10 images.

(Maximum fee is $15)

 

Awards and Features:

Selected artists will have:

• Their work featured in the online exhibition on Decagon Gallery
• Inclusion in the professionally designed catalog (hardcopy available through Blurb)
• Promotion on Decagon’s website and social media platforms
