We will be donating 10% of all entry fees from this show to The Water Project. Colors of Humanity Art Gallery is not affiliated with The Water Project, we just want to make a difference in the lives of artists as well as a positive change in the world.
Image Usage Rights
Colors of Humanity Art Gallery, LLC may use your image for the art exhibition it is submitted for as well as any future show for marketing, promotional, and display purposes. You, the artist, also agrees to allow Colors of Humanity Art Gallery, LLC to archive your image as part of a show. This will be available for public viewing on our website. (www.colorsofhumanityartgallery.com) Your image will include your name, title of your work, and your website, if applicable. The artist shall maintain all copyrights of any image that they submit to Colors of Humanity Art Gallery, LLC. Images will not be resold, exchanged, copied, or downloaded from this website.
Theme- "WATER" covers 71% of the Earth's surface and is vital for all known forms of life. 96.5% of the Earth's crust water is found in seas and oceans. Although the sea moderates the Earth's climate and has important roles in the water, carbon, and nitrogen cycles, it is often viewed for its beauty, power, and life. We would like to see your interpretation of water.
Pay It Forward- We will be donating 10% of all entry fees from this show to The Water Project. The Water Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization unlocking human potential by providing sustainable water projects to communities in sub-Saharan Africa who suffer needlessly from a lack of access to clean water and proper sanitation. Colors of Humanity Art Gallery LLC is not affiliated with The Water Project.
Eligibility- All artists 18 and over may enter.
Media- 2D works in all types of media
Judging Criteria- Originality, interpretation, quality, demonstration of ability, and usage of medium
Juror- Janelle Cogan
Entry Fee- $20 for 1 or 2 pieces (You may enter more than once if you have additional works.)
Awards- Cash prizes will be given. Additionally, the "Best of Show" winner will be featured. His or her artwork will be on the cover of the show and it will be largely displayed with an article about them and their work. Other winners will be featured and have similar recognition. All accepted works will be displayed with the artist name, title of work, and a link back to their website, or email address if they do not have a website.
Sales- All sales are conducted solely between the artist and the buyer. Colors of Humanity Art Gallery does not handle any part of the sale or collect any commission.
