Entry Deadline: Sunday, November 2, 2025

Creatives may submit full project budgets of up to $30,000.00. Budgets must include all costs for the planning, creation, installation, and deinstallation of the work. Please use the template provided for your budget in Exhibit C attached hereto. Budget includes the following items: artist fee, materials and fabrication, installation/de-installation, insurance, and contingency. Please see further lines within each category of the template. Creatives may include additional lines in their budget based on their project needs. Please be as specific as possible with each line 9 item (e.g. 300 yards of fabric at $xx or 20 hours of art handling fees to support installation at $xx, etc.).

As part of the Brooklyn Navy Yard’s 2026 Public Art Commissions, Brooklyn Forged invites Brooklyn-based professional artists to apply for a new public installation along the Flushing Avenue fence.

Art Competition Award Categories: Best Exhibition Grand Prize Gold Award Silver Award Bronze Award Awards and Benefits The jury will select the winners of various awards for this international art competition within 8 working days after the final registration deadline. Award certificates will be issued, and winners will be featured in mainstream media and art media in the UK, the US, Europe, and other regions, showcasing their honors and artworks. Winners of the Best Exhibition Grand Prize and the Gold Award may have the opportunity to be represented by Gallery NAT, host a solo exhibition, or be invited to join the Academic Committee. ​If any of the awarded works are collected by other galleries, collectors, or similar entities during the competition and exhibition period, the entire commission for these works will go to the artist.

Gallery NAT invites artists worldwide to participate in the “Real Illusions — 2025 London Contemporary Art Review Exhibition.” This is an international art competition with a global online media showcase.
